I have problems with my thread breaking all the time

Lisa Jones, I recently had the same happen with mine, I'm afraid I left it on too long as it started smoking, then I unplugged it. What did you do? Anybody out there know of a repair center?

Me too Ellie! My machine was working wonderfully and all of a sudden it just stopped moving the needle up and down. You can hear the motor humming as well so I quickly turned it off so it wouldn't burn up the motor. I have quilted off and on all day today and I'm literally on the last row of the quilt. The wheel won't move at all and the motor was warm but I wouldn't say it was hot to touch. If anyone could give me any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

It seems that Tin Lizzie Company has changed hands or names? Lock Smith Lizzie is a more advanced quilting machine. I too have a problem with my Lizzie after moving to a new Studio. I am trying to find the answer to the problem "on line" but it's not working out well.

Was hoping that the 'Trouble Shooting' was related to the machine, not the quilt. sigh
