you can't get 0 delay but you won't be able to tell with a 4090 u can get it down to 24 on the chunk which is like 60 ms maybe not recognizable amount

The index setting changes your accent, you could try using your own voice as the model and uploading an index file of another person's accent that you like. The index makes it so you will speak exactly as they speak if that makes sense

I hope it's not too late but here it goes: If you have installed vb correctly you can already see it as a input device on your system. All you have to do is to set the output of the voice changer to this virtual microphone you have created. And then you set this virtual microphone as your input for whatever app you're using.

Yeah it's normal if mic test on discord doesn't sound well it's not the Voice Changer's fault it's discord's. So it's best to test your microphone by making a seperate Discord account and join an private call.
