Troubleshooting 6.7 Cummins P208A

This is the exact code I'm getting. Didn't do the entire diagnostic you're doing but I did just end up buying a new pump and injector as my truck has over 175k miles on it, and I've heard of these pumps going out around that time. Not to mention that coming back from a recent trip, I noticed my DEF guage should be down a tad more than it normally is after this same trip so I'm willing to bet my pump just isn't pumping much fluid.

Been having a repeat P20E8 on my 2014 RAM 3500 and can’t seem to find the issue. Neither can the dealer for some reason? Is there a schematic to verify electrical isn’t the issue? I checked the pump phases and got the same results as you did. I have continuity between all three phases at the pump. The issue I have with the document you have is it shows one set of wires but there are double the pins on the pump and connectors. What else can we check to verify a bad part? Thanks!

Your best bet is to get an Alldata DIY subscription and enter in the code there as it will give you the troubleshooting steps (although a lot of times these steps can lead to a misdiagnosis). I'm sorry, but I searched my notes and I haven't ran across that exact code yet so I have no experience to offer you there.

Did you ever find out what was cause the code to trigger

@@charliezavala1279 yes I did. The temperature sensor was out which is in the pump. Exchanged the new pump and all codes are gone.

Alldata, Mitchell, or any other professional service information program. You can get Alldata DIY that is almost like the real thing for cheaper but you have to pay to unlock each vehicle I think.
