Troubleshooting a LED artificial Christmas tree

Wow!! Thank you so much!!!❤ I have not been able to find many informative videos on LED trees. My tree turns on right away but either fades to dim or just goes out after a bit. I am hoping it's an easy fix because it was a 600$ tree with 21 different light functions and its just to beautiful to part with😢

Great video. My transformer is warm and tree is not lighting. Now I need to find a spare .

This is my second tree this week not working, this one is only lit up half way up, the bottom is off & I tired reconnecting over & over
