Are the brush rollers able to manually spin freely? I have loads of carpet fibers stuck up and behind the brushes that the cleaning tool can’t reach. If I could turn the rollers (without having to turn on the machine) it’d be easy, but they don’t turn at all if the machine is off

This video sucks. Literally does not troubleshoot nothing for you because telling you to buy new shit for something just to HOPE it works again.
