What you have to do.. First of all, You don’t need any flour, your dough in video is beautiful, what You have to do, you have to know minimum gr of dough for machine and maximumim. Then you calculate, how much gr is 1-2-3-4-5-6… easy. If Your machine is 900gr-2700gr, then You know press setitng number. Nr.1(900) and Nr.6(2700). For soft doughnut dough you have to round twice, not just once, but press still can stay on number 6, even You use just 2000gr doughnut dough, because of the softness of the doughnut, berliner dough.
