Troubleshooting Samsung Galaxy Buds + Plus - How to Fix Single Connection Bud Issue - 100% solved

Single connection bud or undetected buds are common problems for Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus after unboxing. To solve this, simply make sure to charge the undetected buds with the centre light is constantly red if it turns green than just jiggle/wobble/move the position of the bud/buds. With the constant red light position, leave the case open and charge for 30 mins - 2 hours. Finally, re-pair the galaxy buds.
Please note that this method is only for an initial charge as a consequence of empty batteries from the factory which results in one of the buds is not connected or both buds are undetected. Normal charging will apply after both buds are connected and please never let the batteries drained empty.

Haha...Tried 3 different methods from 3 different videos...I think this was explained better...But i am not sure what worked because i was not getting the same outputs as mentioned in all of the previous videos. 1. Using the copper cable to connect charging port pins. 2. Pressing the faulty earbud inside the charging case. 3. Or taking and putting the bud several times in the charging case. My guess is that all of the scenarios worked. My left bud fell into the water 1 year ago so i think the first case was necessary and then all i needed to do was to follow the next two case. Your explanation and patience made it work for me.

this solved my issue, i think the trick is you have to kept remove and put back so it will hold abit of charge every time (red to green) until it have enough battery to boot up and charge normally.

Please be aware that this method of charging only when the battery is completely empty, usually after the unboxing or when you leave the buds outside the case for a very long time.

same for me... maybe every time it touches the contacts it charges it a bit and checks if it needs to keep charging, if its too low it won't charge it, but doing this, bit by bit, it gets enough charge to report a low battery and continue the lithium charge cycle.

Thanks for this. Judging by the huge number of videos on this, it's a very common issue. It is unacceptable that after spending $140 on ear buds that anyone has to go through this trouble. It seems to be a manufacturing issue with the case. I bought mine in September and take very good care of them. First world problem for sure, but very frustrating because they are expensive!
