Absolutely 💯 information advice here. I couldn't connect my galaxy buds + even though the light was green indicating fully charged. If it wasn't for this tutorial video I would have not known this vital information. Samsung Galaxy Web site or help to repair site doesn't tell you this issue. Give this gentleman 👏🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank god I had the same issue; my buds were completely dead for not using almost a year now and when I tried using it, it didn’t turn on even though charger said it was fully charged by green light. Now I try your method and done it 12 times like how you showed video and it is finally charging. Thank you so much man!!

I'm going on a trip and bought my Samsung earbuds 2 months ago. I was SO FRUSTRATED I couldn't get the right one to connect so I threw them in a drawer. This is the fix. If you have these and don't use them for a while, this is the trick to get them working again. For some reason the case says charged, but buds are dead. Key indicator that it's this issue is you'll get no sound when putting them in your ear or holding them down to try and put in pair mode. Thank you for the video, I tried this last year cause I saw your video and totally forgot how to fix it.

I lost my buds + 18 months ago when moving and found them this week and couldn't connect them to my updated phone and as they are the most comfortable out of my 3 sets of in ear buds was gutted but after seeing this and it worked after the 12th time it worked. I also have JBL buds that hurt my ears but sound awesome and buds pro that feel they are going to fall out but beds + are my favourite 😍 👌 cheers for the video

Hello this doesn't seem to be working for mine. After a while of the red light being on I put back in the left one which is the one that is working. I'm leaving it the case connected to the charger and leaving it open. Just want to make sure, we have to leave it open and connected?

This was a while ago, but if I remember right, you just have to keep taking it off the case and putting it back on until the light finally stays red. However, I strongly advise that you sell these earbuds and move on to a different brand as soon as you get them working. Samsung updated the galaxy wearable app and it now serves as spyware with overreaching permissions. As soon as I saw this, I switched to Bose earbuds. (They also sound better, have better features, and are more comfortable) This isn't an ad for Bose. There are plenty of great pairs of earbuds out there, just be wary of the new wearable app.

Leave them for a while, if you can connect them with your phone thats mean batery start charging again and try to make battery empty and charge them again.....good luck 🤞
