We love the Better Pack 555 E machines 😄 but one of the machines, beeps after each cut? (like it runs out - but is is a full roll) any trouble shooting ideas? We checked/ tape/ water/ brush insert...Thank you from Australia

I have an issue where the tape is not coming out of the machine, it does not jam... it just feeds right into the water tub instantly soaking the tape. Any ideas on how to fix?

There is a front metal bracket (visible when you raise the heater) that may have been bent too far down. This would make the tape hit the brushes and curl inward towards the water.

Hello, I can tell you a problem that it seems unresolvable, until you change the PCB, at the left side, underneath the buttons. In short, the problem is that the dispenser machine, when you press a button (15 for example, or whatever) the machine doesn't stop to dispense tape, and the only thing that i can do to stop it, is turn off the power. Suffice it to say that the only way i've found to resolve this kind of problem is to replace the control board, as before mentioned. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance

i've just seen the other video refering at some electrical problems, that the machine may have. Probably, the issue, is cause by the encoder at the side, that dosen't "read" the properly lenght. Tomorrow, i'll check it out hoping to resolve it.

I’m not getting the right side length I adjusted the screw on the back. Still having this issue

@@Tran5002 There is some variation each time you dispense, but only about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. The length cannot be adjusted using the screw. (The screw only fine tunes the cutting quality).

Our machine continually jams. We can't find anyone to repair it. We tried everything in this video and nothing makes it work.

Get a 333. It's just simpler and seems more reliable long term
