I've been waiting for this video ! I have a part that we make and nobody can get rid of the bubbles. I have tried all the suggested adjustments listed on the 3M presentation. the only thing that I could find wrong is that the mat. we are using is PP Copolymer and the actual report from the Mold Manufacturer was a Nucleated PP. Could that be the issue? Sorry for the long question, I have no one else to ask. you are basically my mentor. Thank you.

It could be can you try a different type of material just to see if you still have the problem. Run a sample & if it doesn't show up there it might be the material. If it is still there, I would try a different press if available. That could also be the problem to fast of injection from the machine. You can try a viscosity curve test to see if the press if filling to fast from one machine to the next as well.
