Great overall, use a basting brush to apply oil to your grill you won’t tear the fish up trying to flip it … 👍

Thanks for the compliment. This isn't the traditional way of making Trout Amandine but it's how I do it and I think it tastes better. This can also be done, the exact same way, with Salmon.

Looks great! I'm trying this one soon! What do you recommend for a great filet knife and knife for making those slices?
@PMGK7 жыл бұрын
Sven Kelling Size, shape and weight are all factors. But I don't like to make recommendations on 🔪 knives I'm not using myself. Believe it or not, I film everything with knives I've stalk piled from the dollar store and I can honestly say that I am still using the first one. So without recommending brands or styles I would suggest something comfortable, that feels good in your ✋ hand and clearly something sharp.

Also, one other question. Do you not recommend removing the bones before cooking it?
@PMGK7 жыл бұрын
Sven Kelling Not unless you want to filet the fish, which you can do if you prefer. But there is no way to serve the fish whole, which is the whole point, and remove the bones before cooking.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE FISH TO MARINADE OVERNIGHT?
@390bear7 жыл бұрын
nice video but it looked like the scales were still on the fish when you sliced it I could be wrong
@mikedeguzman16 жыл бұрын
Trout do not have scales.. if the trout was alive they have a slime that covers the whole fish that acts like a barrier and also helps keep the fish from stress.
