Try though I might, I can think of anything more beautiful than Autumn in New England. I've made the pilgrimage to Vermont during leaf peeping season. The white steepled churches, the village greens, the covered bridges, was a more spiritual experience than I had expected, the sheer beauty of which teases my senses even till today. I am moved to tears amid the explosion of colors that is a New England Autumn. Thanks for posting.

Yes, it is absolutely gorgeous in New England in autumn. My husband is from West Sussex, England. We live in Kentucky but have visited Boston, MA twice and LOVED it up there. I've lived in Massachusetts twice in my lifetime, four years each time. We've been talking about moving up that way.

Susan, as a young child I would exaggerate my steps when walking through the leaves myself to hear them crunch and rustle over my feet as I moved around them,. Walking home from school in the Fall is to this day, one of my most cherished memories during Autumn season. Well.. I am no longer a child, my children are full grown & also a newer grandma, just to give you an idea of my age, I share this to say that it's never late to enjoy these experiences again as a mature full grown adult,, I don't like to use the word "OLD", Lol. Early part of last month I went to Erie, PA to visit my son, it was a crisp Fall Sat morning, ballpark of 11am on Oct 7. I walked down the streets from his home to enjoy the fresh cool air by myself and came upon multiple clumps of golden mustard colored fallen leaves on the sidewalks & several front lawns and I walked through them as if I was once again an 11 & 12 year old child!!!! How I relived my youth doing that in just a few short minutes, didn't care if anyone was watching from their house window, all I thought was how great it felt and enjoyed it so very much!!!!! All I could do was smile as I walked slowly back to my son's home, enjoying every moment of this wonderful season! I didn't expect to write such a long comment, but I wanted to paint the picture for you. Life is short so we must enjoy the days, and the short happy moments whenever we have the opportunity to do so!!!! 🧡💛🍁🍂🍁🍁🍂🌻

Timing is essential to catch the fall color change as it happens, the leaves turn and fall relatively quickly. There’s almost too much to see in one vacation, and not sure where you are from, but the travel time is more than you might think. If time is short, focus where this video was taken, the aspens of Colorado, or consider the Train, they have a scenic route from Oregon to New York State.

For many who only get one picture of America.. the big cities.. the rush… the density… So So much of our country has small towns like this… the northeast part of the country is magical during the autumn season. A lot of small towns in our country with unique beauty… people living simple lives.. a sense of community. It’s nit all NYC or LA.. of course they have their own appeal.. but this is what so many of us live. I live in PA.. the rolling hills.. the beautiful fall…wonderful markets full of apple cider, and homemade seasonal goodies.. pumpkins and fresh air… the America that so many don’t know exists…

I used to visit a friend up in Massachusetts 20 something years ago, and my favorite time to visit her was in the fall. Circumstances have kept me in Florida all this time. Kyle, all of your videos are "outstanding". I'm 74 yrs old and I was born and raised in New Hampshire, but retired now on the coast of Oregon. This area of the great Northwest is breathtaking also, but New England will always have the "BEST" fall foilage ever. I can remember growing up & noticing that people from around the world would come to visit New England for the fall foilage. Your drone photography is phenomenal. Reminds me of my childhood. A small town, but as it is the county seat, I had numerous opportunities to travel. It was so beautiful as my county skirted the Mississippi River to the West, South-West. It is a geological creation of hills, valleys and like my town, tucked into this. Many great memories. Like when my Grams and I got stuck just try to collect nuts. We walked to the farmer, my Grams knew well. He, brought us back on his tractor and pulled my Grams car out. Insisted we come back and have lunch as his wife, Cora alway prepared for more. Watching this brought tears to my eyes and a pining in my soul for a time when there was still an innocence to life. How I envy the simplicity of your life and the close relationships with family and long time friends. How I loathe city life, corporate culture, subway trains and watching snow turn into filthy slush on big city streets. That kind of life is such a contradiction to how I truly believe we were created to live as human beings. You have truly been blessed with a wonderful life and when you are old and gray, you will have these wonderful memories to look back on and share with your grandchildren every time you watch these videos. Admittedly, I am not at all a fan of cold weather, but my gosh. . that fall foliage is absolutely stunning! The older I get, the more I appreciate the autumn :-D And the nature in these videos are similar to where I live, although we have more pine and fir here, in Sweden about 200km northwest of our capital of Stockholm. The leaves are already changing here in late august, but we have a long autumn, it last well into october before winter arrives, we usually get snow in late october/early november. To go for slow a walk in the forest in autumn is so calming and healing ☺

I finally made it to Woodstock, Vermont on Oct 18th this day of fall to see the best fall foliage on earth! I must say your video is exactly what I saw with my own eyes, but you have much better way of “recoding” a memory! Thank you very much! Guys! Add visiting Vermont third week of Oct to your bucket list! This will be a memory you will keep for the rest of your life! I felt in love with New England fall!
