I gotta do mine. Glad you took apart the gearbox and showed a good view of everything. I know I need to grease it.

Thanks! I was wondering about needing grease in there. Some models have a port with a screw to seal it for easy access to squeeze tubed grease in until full, at least in some other brands do, but when I didn't see that screw or port, I figured it would take something like this. At least it's too hard to do and will certainly be worth it. I'd be willing to bet that the guy with the stuck bumper return had something lodged in between the external moving parts, which was easily found and removed from the first section here, but the second session is what I was looking for. I didn't have an issue, but was looking to prevent one. I may also find some stringy, wound up trash that should be removed. *Thank you* so much!

Super detail on how to grease that head unit. Great video and I certainly SAVED the video to do this maintenance yearly and keep the TB575 running well. THANKS and keep up the fine work! I wonder if you did a video on checking the valves as well?
