We hit the road and headed to Sydney to check out Powerplay at Eastern Creek & handover the raffle AMG, we were rudely interrupted by NSW police!

NSW cops did the same to me as i drove through in VF commodore with Vic rego, Same treatment, Never had a drug related charge or anything previously, they pulled out the spare wheel and didn't do it back up, they bent the tabs on the battery cover in the boot because they didn't put it back on right, and they folded the boot mat over creasing it after not putting it back in right. They threw everything in back in the boot and the opposite to how it was put in so i had a spray bottle top snapped off and spilt meguairs cleaner all inside the boot. Funny thing was they didn't even breatho or drug swipe me, they never told me crimestoppers but said they have information to believe there was drugs in the car, that was why i just complied with the search because i knew it was a stupid claim but they almost started stripping the car lol

So, for example, if a sniffer dog detects the presence of drugs on your person, and there are additional factual matters which raise the police officer’s suspicions, this may be considered enough for a police officer to conduct a search. So, if police believe they saw you putting drugs into your pocket, and a sniffer dog then detects the presence of drugs, this may be considered enough for a reasonable suspicion to be formed. Just to let people know, apparently the Police are allowed to search you or your vehicle if they suspect anything illicit...so basically they can search you based on a hunch and nothing else, no need for a warrant or anything

I was drug tested around the corner from my house and I had been clean for years but the roadside drug test came back positive for meth but I hadn’t used anything for years luckily it didn’t go anywhere because I was clean but in my experience some roadside tests give false positive.

A call to crime stoppers is not sufficient reasonable suspicion to search you or the vehicle. They lying to convince you they have reason. They just want to search cause you crossed a boarder. I can call crime stoppers and tell them there's drugs in the 300c cop car.
