H Ray right?! As much as shipping is fun I think people tend to forget they're real people dealing with real emotions. Having people dissect and analyze your dating life has to be hard. Regardless if this was written about Conner or someone I think these lyrics are a good reminder to people not to go so overboard with "shipping" that you forget that real people are affected and that while you might of had fun shipping the real person Troye was dating (whoever that was) was in deep pain.

Yeah, I'm getting my hopes up for a Troye that tries to be original and not more of the same bland radio-pop BS. But considering this song was written and produced by like 4 different people I doubt it. Seems Troye is just the pretty voice/face singing someone else's work.
@masontaylor72006 жыл бұрын
Part-Time Party Time Troye helps write the songs for one because in an interview he was talking about how it's about his latest breakup. Also, he does not sound anything like all of the stuff on the radio. His style of music is so unique with deep lyrics...
@part-timepartytime96216 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that does make him slightly better than some other pop stars but only slightly. He absolutely sounds like every other song you'd find on the radio, and it's not all that surprising. Troye has always said he wanted to be like Michael Jackson. He wants to be a famous pop star. Remember his youtube channel? Are you one of the people who thinks he just "doesn't have time" to make youtube videos? He started a youtube channel to get a following so that when he launched his music career his first album was guaranteed half a million sales _at least._ It's not a coincidence that when he started becoming known for his music that he stopped doing youtube. Everything this man has done in the past ~9 years has been to get famous. He cares about the fame and being a "somebody", not the music. Believe me, I liked him too but the writing is on the wall.

I got the good side of things Left you with both of the rings My fingers danced and swayed in the breeze The change in the wind took you down to your knees I got the good side of you Send it out into the blue The people danced to the sound of your heart The world sang along to it falling apart But I sympathize And I recognize And baby, I apologize That I got the good side The good side of things I got the good side of life Travelled the universe twice So many thoughts I wanted to share But I didn't call because it wouldn't be fair Then I got the good side of new Found arms to fall right into I know how it looked, it wasn't the plan And some day I hope that you'll understand That I sympathize And I recognize And baby, I apologize That I got the good side The good side of things I'm sure we'll meet in the spring And catch up on everything I'll say I'm proud of all that you've done You taught me the ropes, and you taught me to love But I sympathize And I recognize And baby, I apologize That I got the good side The good side of things Sympathize Recognize Apologize That I got the good side The good side of things

@stevenmorris22346 жыл бұрын
Such a relaxing voice of his and has an amazing voice. Such an underrated artist. None of my friends never heard of him. Instead everybody knows and loves Taylor Swifts new music, Beyoncé and Ed Sheeran. Why isn't he well known a lot more?
@gildacastillo69606 жыл бұрын
SAMEEE, only my best friend & i know him out of all my school generation, which is not a small group of people, and it makes me mad because his music is just pure art, both of the lyrics AND the rythm his songs have. :(
@Nottrivago6 жыл бұрын
But many celebrities recognise Troye. I bet you right now that in a couple of years, he’s going to be an A-list singer/celebrity
@niksks6 жыл бұрын
Steven Morris so same but honestly whoever he is i appreciate and respect him like a lot
@whoisaarushi6 жыл бұрын
Actually its kinda good that he is not so well known and an under appreciated artist - he maybe not known to and loved by the entire world, but we fans love him and thats what matters the most. If he gets more famous it will add more pressure on him to create more music, he might loose his appeal. The same thing happened with Ed Sheeran - I loved him until Shape of you (one of his worst songs) that got him so famous and everybody suddenly started loving him and he became so fucking overrated now, I don't like him too much anymore like I used to. I'd rather appreciate an underrated artist who my friends don't know about rather than an all over the place overrated artist
