Malo, Hidden Jutsu: Crystal Ice Mirrors didn't receive a buff. It was adjusted. The devs split healing into two categories: 'healing' and 'recovery'. Reduced healing means that healing based Ninjutsu are less effective overall. Palm Sage Jutsu would effectively heal everyone less with this debuff applied for instance. Reduced recovery on the other hand only affects the person the debuff was applied to. Only that person will receive less healing overall then

Reduced recovery means they won't gain as much health if somebody else heals them its the same if you're a healer type though cause your healing jutsu won't heal you or others as much either

It literally counters most ults Edit: Only difference I think off is Healing is the amount of burst heal... while recovery is the passive heals like from the sub or Tobi's jutsu

Yes, it didn't get buffed, it got adjusted. They talked about changing the clarity of their Jutsu with this patch and a lot of techniques (Salamander, Wind Scythe, etc.) got the same treatment. The difference is as follows: Reduced Healing is a debuff that affects the Heal class and reduces the effectiveness of their healing moves. This means that everyone who receives the healing gets a smaller amount of it. Reduced Recovery is a debuff that affects only the person that was hit with it. Only that person receives lower amounts of healing then. A Heal Type that has reduced recovery for example will be able to heal their team as much as before they were affected by the ailment, but they themselves will receive a lower amount of healing. That's the only difference between these two. It's described in the dev letter #4
