Noah.... he doesn't fold under pressure.. and he runs through the finish.. 💪👍💯🤠
@Objectivity-w5j2 ай бұрын
When Noah loses its not because of being under pressure. He's one of those 100m runners that can get everything right and still lose because, he's not the absolute best at it. That is why Seville beat him earlier this year. In other words.....IF Noah, Kishane and Seville gets all the phases of their races near perfect.....Noah will come in third. Noah knows this which is why he spend so much time trying to get in the heads of his competitors. Its also why he reacted with his "I hope he stays healthy" comment upon hearing what Kishane did in the Heats at trials. Its a good strategy to get in your opponents head but if healthy Kishane's talent alone will be more than enough to beat Noah in the 100m. The 200m is Noah's to lose however.

@Patawon2 ай бұрын
Kishane is a beast, but he’s young and inexperienced. His 3 fastest races are in JAMAICA!!! Everyone runs better at home because of the comfort of their surroundings. He’s never been on a big stage. He’s never run under 9.85 away from home. I’m not saying he’s gonna lose, but Noah has 3 sub 9.85 races (U.S, Budapest, and London). He’s proven. I also believe Kishane is much better than last year, but that gear he reached to push Christian Coleman will get him toasted against Noah, so I hope he has more in the tank. People keep comparing him to Asafa, but Asafa never ran well on the big stage and he usually lost if he was pushed past the 60. That recipe won’t work in the Olympics.

@@jacobdoyle420Good question. 🤔. It's what the media seems to focus on and probably colourful characters drive sales. I've followed track and field since the 80s when my heroes were Carl Lewis and Patrick Sjoberg (switched to Sotomayor after meeting him and admired how humble he was). Athletes of that era seemed more reluctant, possibly embarrassed to praise and draw attention to their talents, whether they were exceptional or just good. So though I'd like the best athlete to win I will root for the less outspoken underdog athlete than the louder favourite when they are evenly matched. When told about Kishane's performance Lyles remarked "I hope he stays healthy". 🤔 Seemed a little obnoxious in my opinion. Why not just say "Great performance. He still has to race against me" . . Free speech I guess, but it would be cool if an "influencer" with hundreds of thousands of young followers could demonstrate grace. Especially in an era where youth succumb to bullying, taunting and aggressive acts to solve disputes and conflicts of ego. My viewpoint is independent of nationality, though I know who you are talking about. 😂 Sorry this response wasn't meant to be this long. I hoped that my use of the word petty would help signpost the fact that my viewpoint might not have sound underpinning.😉 Am sure we'll all enjoy the next 16 days

They just have a way of running faster than everyone else come game time. I don't know if it is coconuts or reggae, but they're just not like other people when it comes to sprinting. That little island can produce 3 Olympic finalists at once. Statistically, that is the strangest outlier in sports. It's even weirder than the islands which produce those rugby champs. Sprints are so hard to win at that level, there are just a handful of people in the billions who can run around a 9.8. Jamaica produces more of those guys than any country. It's weird as hell... but to doubt them or bet against them, no way.

Jamaica doesn’t do steroids testing the way we do. That’s the only reason they are able to keep up with America. Noah Lyle’s all the way no question and no cheating needed
