The pin in mine interferes with the ring gear and so I cannot pull the pin out of there...

What made you determine you needed a new experience shaft? At over $100 a piece I don’t want to replace unless I need to. 180,000 miles on the truck

I had Ford ranger rear axel oil seal is leaking. It is very hard to find the part here. Its part number is EB3G-1177-AA. If anyone knows the three sizes thickness center and outer diameter would be helpful to purchase aftermarket by size.

You didn't change the o-ring.
