This video shows you how to install rear drum brakes on your 1994-2004 Chevrolet S-10. Even though they are an older technology, you still find drum brakes on the rear of many modern vehicles. Like disc brakes, the brake drum and shoes will wear down over time, requiring replacement.

Awesome video, but it has one major flaw. I was following along while doing the drum brakes on my 96 Blazer and about almost to the end I realized that you never showed/told us to put the parking brake piece back up into the slot on the rear shoe. So I ended up having to undo all of my work to fix it and in the process I bent some of the springs slightly. I bent them back but haven't tested yet so I'll keep my fingers crossed. If there was a part showing/explaining that it would have saved me a lot of time. Other than that the video is awesome. Thanks 👍💙

@TRQ The issue with this video is the bottom white spring is upside down and will hit the adjuster wheel.
