Just got the radio from Amazon. Came faster then I thought it would. I love this thing . Sound quality is great . Picks up stations that I didn't get before. Glad I watched your video.

Even the expensive Tecsun S2200 soft mutes while tuning on FM and Air band, but the Tecsun S-2000 was fine.

TWS means that if you have a second radio of the same type the second one will pair with the first one when engaged properly.

I hate tuning muting. I will never ever buy a radio that mutes while tuning. I want to hear the static.

nothing wrong with you at all, I have more ham radios and receivers than I have room for but hey, it's fun! been a ham for more than 40 years, the radio is such a great hobby! as of late I've been on an SDR kick, amazing! it's a hobby within a hobby. 73 and keep having fun - BTW , I can't stand mute tuning either!

@hamrad88 keep having fun! Radio is even more exciting with the availability of these SDRs too bad us regular folks couldn't get our hands on them until the last 15 years or so. I bought the dongles first and upgraded to a Yaesu FT-710, and a SDRplay ,RSPdx-R2 , always learning. 🙂
