Sipping your morning black and watching trains go by is such a pleasant way to start your day.

These videos are great - beautiful scenery, perfect level of narration and brilliantly filmed...it feels like a tv documentary, but without all the annoying commercial breaks and background music. Subbed and liked :)

Another great video of railfaning in Utah. If you ever get the chance check out UP's route from Salt lake City to the LA basin, especially in western Utah. The scenery is amazing and there is a lot of history also.

My god this is a beauty full part of the country. I 'll never understand why you people keep moving to flat ass Florida. I would kill for just one of these hills to be in florida. Its really amazing how beautyfull the United States is especialy UTAH and West Virgina areas.

Note that all of these locations are on or near a major freeway. Although it may not appeal to those who want to watch trains in remote areas, it is good for railfans who want to see trains without going too far "off the beaten path" & risking getting lost or enduring other hazards.

Wasatch, not Wahsatch.

Union Pacific has always spelled it Wahsatch, so that’s the spelling I use here.
