Looks to me like that TM should be probably pronounced like Gee Whiz. Rather strange name plate but the Radio itself is rather interesting and intriguing to operate with all the decorative buttons and dials. The lighting is also interesting as I saw this set demonstrated on Todderbert’s channel as well. I think this radio has a neat phone app!

I have take mine outside because my computers and various electronics to do a band scan. My ZHIWHIS still can surprise me on what it can get inside. MW (AM) band it pretty good and FM band very good. I also use it for Blue Tooth streaming from IPad Pro also to use my old Bose plug-in Headphones for stereo reception or AUX in for my Belka All Mode receiver so that I have SSB outside. Haven't watched your channel in a while Tom...glad you're still around! Thanks for the review on this. You mentioned the bass output on this radio is good...how would you say it compares to the PL-880 for sound quality?

How does this compare to a Tecsun 330? This looks very cool but haven’t seen many reviews.

Reception on shortwave is better on 330.
