how do you adjust the focus? I have h1 HID. right side cutoff line is a little bit slanted. would it be the bulb?

How do you measure the focus height, or depth, as you mentioned in the video? Or is the problem solved mostly with the spacers anyways?

You want to replicate the original lenses, in the video we use the Nissan Murano projector. The lense is 30" with 27MM focus. The lense we use as the replacement, STI-R, is also 3" with 27MM focus. goog job bro.. I've a problem with my stock projector from mazda i think (but not CX series), its produce "Blank Spot" under the center of hot spot/cut-off and in the top of foreground, i try to add some nuts between bowl n lens holder or try to turn the bulp, but its just the same, the Blank Spot still there. what should i can do, please 😥

You can remove it, sure! But why not run quad low beams/quad high beams?

Hello, I would need some piece of advice from you since it's clear that you know alot about projector headlights. I own a 2014 hyundai i30 (elantra GT in USA) and the problem I have is not the cutoff sharpness but the total pitch-dark area above it. With the headlights rised at maximum, I can see a pedestrian from the hip-line downwards - just the legs (something like the cartoon cow and chichen mom and dad). This is terrible on bad weather, and on total darkness while driving on un-lit country roads. The car is equipped with halogens and I tried almost every product but no improvement - the pitch darkness is very un-comfortable. The question is: what can I do to create a more grey-ish area, instead of pitch-black? I would love to have an intense light output on the road, below the cutoff line, while still keeping an area with a very much dimmed light output above the cutoff. Is this possible?

Why there’s a metal strip inside a projector “between lans and back of the projector ” is it necessary in single beam projector??

That is the cutoff shield as is responsible for creating the shape of the beam pattern

how to adjust the focus? i have h7 halogen projectors which were replaced recently with a new headlight, now in this new headlight the cut off is blurry and there's no blue cut off like the old one. please help

check first to see if the bulb is seated properly. Try to wiggle the bulb to see if that makes a difference.
