South African workmanship is extraordinary. The NHBRC requirements are very high standard. We just don't build with timber or steel structures. Mortar remains the preferred building mix with clay brick and concrete with steel and timber. The other unique feature is the design and architecture. You get designs that transport you to the 1600s and then boom you get contemporary luxury with a dash of classic home feel of the ages.

I’m considering moving to South Africa. I just don’t know if it could work leaving my family behind. In some ways they depend on me. I would selfish to move in hopes of living a better life for myself. It feels selfish. Me and my friend are planning to come through your platform. I’m just waiting on her to pull the trigger, but I’m ready to come. ❤

How do you qualify to buy the homes as far as is there a credit score? What is the down payment and what do the monthly notes run?
@thembalethudladla422 жыл бұрын
We pretty much have similar application and legal processes with you guys, the main thing is that your Deposit, will be larger because you are a foreign national. Best advice, when you move here, keep earning money in USD because that's what your White counterparts do. ***when you get on the plane, ask yourself why are there so many White folks but the media discourages you, to experience the continent >>> when you land in SA, you will understand 😎

Hi, mortgage can be anything from 10yrs to 25years. A decent credit score will get you lower interest rate on your monthly repayments. I think Americans have to put down a deposit.

Excellent video! Man, I went from breaking down from the two ladies eating and realizing that they were Mother and daughter 😢 (I took care of my Mother's health needs for nearly 15 years, until she passed about 5 years ago and I believe she would have really enjoyed this experience), to Mark cracking me up with his interaction comments. He is a true comical character! 😂 And to hear there is a recognizable difference in the air compared to the States? Amazing!! And the guy that said..."It's boss moves!" and "It's chess, not checkers!" Sho'nuff!! ✅

There is no such thing as a African American! Two continents why? You’re from the US where you were born, or elsewhere, that is your origin. If you wish to be identified by colour then you are a Colour whatever + American. This new framing of authority and ownership is not used in Africa or any other Continent. People who were not born in Africa claim they’re African! No they are not. African does not define the colour of the skin. Hundreds of all colours are from Africa. The usual takeover I find unacceptable. Please respect it.
