It doesn’t cause it directly but it is possible that the increased muscle mass around the neck from the TRT, is causing the sleep apnea. A lot of bodybuilder develop sleep apnea, especially those on gear.

We used to use it in guys who had normal testosterone levels who had high SHBGs where we couldn't identify a reversible cause. We had very limited success with its use alongside TRT. Bayer no longer manufacture it which is disappointing.
