Love the vids man. But just out of curiosity how are you gonna get more tung weight on it? Looks like that one would be a little more unstable compared to the chevys . The weight looks like it would be to far back. Super curious on that. But keep ‘em coming! The world needs more truck bed trailers🤘🤘🇺🇸

I agree on the world needing more truck bed trailers, have you seen my 4th and most recent yet? It is a square body s-10 that I pull with my square body s-10. As for the weight, I hauled a load of crushed asphalt from the hardware store, it actually bottomed out on the bump stops and pulled great. The new one has a tool box up front for more tongue weight. I was wondering what your idea would be to turn that into a dump bed? I was thinking about making one using a winch to dump the bed.

I am building a trailer out of a Dodge Dakota with a service bed and your videos are very informative. What it the reason for overlapping the frame at the bend rather than notching it? Easier? Stronger? Both? Neither? I am a ways from that step, but want to be ready.

@@chud327 We aren't making a video, but I am going to be taking pictures and could post a slideshow when it's done. I am working on it with a friend at his house, so only get about 1 day a week for it, but we hope to be done in a few months max.

Dude yes i have a 4x4 93 f250 long bed x cab i wanna make it a camper to pull behind my truck i want to cut the front clip off use cab as the sleeper and build a tiny house kinds in the bed think that's too long without having to move rear axle forward?

I wish Louisiana let me make my truck into a trailer I'm selling the truck got blown head gasket most likely water in the oil. But ide love to turn it into a trailer add my camper shell tool box back on and have a nice fishing trailer. But I live your red one with the tongue all that room could make a floor for me to sit or lay down if I get to hurting bad. I love my pop-up camper it's a flat trailer got tool boxes on the front and side and I take it fishing. When I get to hurting I lay on the trailer but my other trailer I've got to add some tires and get it ready it had a top look like a cattle trailer. Prob told you about that too. Sorry lol. But I love your red one just be nice of it was bigger bed or if it's the 6 and half foot that's what mine is. But awesome video bro. @@chud327 well to be honest if you was closer ide give you my truck for your trailer the red one. To be honest maybe I'll post on line since it's for sell or trade for a truck trailer that's got a tag. Just a shame we can build trailers don't matter what they look like just need lights chains and all. But no truck box trailer crazy. But if we get one with tags we can use. Lol. But it's cool I likey cattle trailer one I have the sides off but I'm gonna close off one side add a small door so I can go in one side with my wheel chair or scooter and drive out the other side. Then add a piece was the top of a pontton hard top I got the frame. I'm gonna bolt it on the side so when I go camping or fishing can lift it up add 2 poles have a canopy for cover. But also have a some plywood that drops down from the wall and out side table then add 2 legs. But that's if I find help my health can't do it alone still trying to find help to add my 4 new tires on the trailer. But Lord noes what I'm trying to do maybe he'll let me do it before I die. Lol I hope. But why great video I'm watching the pontoon boat your building now I'll comment after I'm done so far I'm really jelious of you.

@@chud327 wish you was closer ide shur swap for one. I'm trying to sell my camper shell tool box has keys and all both sides open and 2 shelf for tools or fishing gear. Then back door. You just have to take the tail gate off. But if I don't find a truck guess selling it I'll miss it. But I wanted a bed trailer add this box be the perfect fishing trailer. But needs the reg bed 6.5ft bed. I did think about finding flat trailer or my small one it's a pop-up camper frame. Was gonna fix it. I paid 100 for another one with top the cable broke I can't fix it not strong enought but that would have been fun fishing trailer. Just a square trailer the top lifts up and add screens all the way around. But I've got so week. My was best friend was gonna help finally told him to just do what ever use for his family fishing. Now we don't talk. But that's different story. But yea think you're have fun around my place I'm pour but I have alot cool stuff. Just don't sell cheap people out here so cheap they want it free and want me to give them money to take it home cheap. Yea. But yea wish you was closer.

Believe me, I am too... I wish I could have had the three trailer and the cab trailer too. Maybe I will find a deal on a couple of junk trucks soon and do it anyways. I am also sad that I sold the white one and then got a with GMC that would have been so cool pulling it... Anyways, thanks for watching.
