I met Asa yesterday while fishing yesterday in Texas. He was staying at a hotel next to the canal I was fishing. He came down to the water to clean some fish he had caught in lake lewisville and talked to me for about 30 mins. Super nice guy and now I’m addicted to watching his videos 👍 Great content!

Try this with some of the ocean fish.. Scale them, fillet them and cook them without skinning them, just slash them a few times so that they cook threw evenly.. Also cooked whole is a good idea. If you want to try octopus cook it in a pressure cooker, chop up small mix in some extra virgin olive oil, some vinegar, and some very small chopped up onion. Cheers
