Hi Nancy! We are so glad you enjoyed the video! The first time I saw her smile over a quarter of a century ago, I fell for her! 😊

I hope you guys made it to the best part of Maine. Northern Maine is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Take it from someone who has lived here for his entire life. Either way I hope you enjoyed your visit. If I had known I could have hooked you up with a place to stay up north. Take care and safe travels

Very kind of you for the offer! We headed west from Acadia back towards the Midwest. We absolutely loved our visit this time around. Definitely would like to go back some day!

Thank you, Rachel! I had the worst sore throat of my life, but fortunately I’m feeling much better! The Mrs. never got sick…she’s tough!

I didn’t worry about germs much until the recent pandemic. I’ve been changed. Not in a debilitating way but I’m definitely not the same person I once was. Did you have to set up the tent just because? I had a campground tell me I couldn’t sleep in my truck on a tent site. I could do it on a trailer site but not the tent site. So I was going to get one of those pop up tents that open in a minute for show.

I’ve always been a germaphobe, but the pandemic definitely turned it up a few notches for me. I made it all this time without getting until last week. Worst sore throat of my life! Yeah, we had to set up the tent as a prop since they only had tent sites left. Didn’t want to risk getting kicked out for not having one.

(Edited my spelling) Great video as always. Just gotta nail you on one thing…. You butchered the pronunciation of my hometown area Portsmouth, NH. You said ports-mouth. it is pronounced Ports-muth. Or if you’re saying it fast Ports-myth. Not “mouth”. There are a ton of names up there that are pronounced different than how they read. No harm done you were just passing through. Unlike a travel vlogger I watched a few years back that did an entire vlog about Portsmouth and he said “mouth” literally a hundred times. By the end of the video I wanted to throw my phone. I blistered him in the comments and suggested if he is going to dedicate an entire vlog to one location he may want to do 2min of research. Lol.

Oh no, my apologies to all Portsmouthians! Speaking is not my best trait! For what it’s worth, it was a beautiful area that we wished we had a little more time to explore. Someday we’ll hopefully make out that way again! Thanks for bringing my attention to it! Take care!
