Yeah… the wind and rain in Newfoundland can be what nightmares are made of. I did a clear and calm day on Fogo Island and by evening the rain and wind was turning the RTT airborne. I was soaked all night long. And that was in August. Sucks.

Just a tip to your fellow Americans who might be planning a trip to Canada from a Canadian. Never stop at a Tim Hortons unless it is the absolute only place there is. I shudder every time Tim Hortons is talked about being a Canadian Icon. It may have been at one time but it is awful now.

Hi Maria, Siiiick scenery, great photos... It's nice to see you smile, laugh, & Tazzy is having fun with sister Sky! I hope you can get her a WARM WINTER COAT & SNOW PROOF DOG SHOES. That weather was brutal & she doesn't have alot of fur. Sky should also have a winter coat / shoes. Who can afford vet bills right? Maybe your brother Christian ( " Mr. Big Horn Sheep hunter !") CAN help you weatherize Po so you don't suffer so much, losing sleep from cold air & rain flooding Po. Also, you don't want mold to grow... Have your brakes checked. Not trying to mom you, 🤷‍♀️ I just care about the safety of you & Tazzy Lou!
