In the South here, all we can do is put down a little salt brine on the bridges and wait for snow to melt, we have no snow plows, so yea they will be shut down.

@half-breed We have no sand, and again all they salt are bridges thats it. We don't have many trucks to put down salt brine, so they put priority on bridges with the limited resources they have. We are talking about areas that get maybe 4" total acumulation every 20 years if that.
