Rear driveline yoke I'm guessing went out so violently, it locked the ring gear up. Then the front went from taking half the stress, to all the stress. Turning bits of the steering assembly into taffy. A literal kinetic Rube Goldberg event.

The black smoke has nothing to do with me timing and tuning.... It will spit black smoke like this until the turbo build enough pressure to fully burn all of the fuel.... The truck is tuned specifically for this, most people who are in the high-power bracket sacrifice a little bit of fuel economy to get more bang for the buck.

2007dalin modern fords have some seriously strong axles and frames but let's see if the 6.7 is an end to fords reliability issue of 6.0 and 6.4 we owned a 6.0 giant POS and it was never actually Engine itself it was oil pumps water pump power steering fuel injection even with new parts they would fail and we bought OEM parts even the ECU went out never seen that happen it was a 2006 7.3 was nice I plan to buy one we also have an 06 Duramax no problems if I bought a Ford most likely a 7.3 or something gas and no Ecoshit those engines are not for constant work those little turbos bake themselves with nonstop 12k pound tows

Yeah that doesn't work... If the transfer case and the rear end are disconnected from one another... You can have it in any setting and it won't affect the rear end.. My guess is that pile of oil that you see below the rear differential, is from the rear differential. That maingear probably seized.
