Не ну девка конечно молодец, но вот ремонт немного замудрила и пластырь слишком большой Можно было просто ножку поставить ничего не вырезая с наружней стороны и пластырь металлокорд RS25 и этого хватило пока колесо бы не кончилось

How does a bolt get implanted in a tire ? And why not use a smaller patch? Seems huge for the size of the hole.

I think they use a big patch to hold the structure of the tire together in case some cords were broken. There used to be a commercial back in the 1970’s where they drove a steel belted tire over a piece of steel like a bolt to prove how tough it was. I guess this tire wouldn’t make the grade 😅😂

Why didn’t you just use a patch plug? Or a normal pull through plug? There was no reason to grind the tread down like that if all you were going to do was boot it.

Wow wow! As a truck driver of 37 years in the US, I have never seen a tire shop do that kind of repair done here. If you show up with something like that they will tell you that you need a new tire. Much less done by such a hard working girl! Great skill!❤

Why enlarge the hole so much? She also cut the wires of the ply as evident from the sparks! The load capacity is gone! Rubber alone of no use! Better throw away the tyre than cause an accident at high speed!
