Having driven the roads in both Pakistan and Bangladesh, I can tell you that these overloaded trucks are absolutely lethal. The drivers are bonkers too.The Tuc-Tuc drivers are even worse. Health and safety are alien concepts.

Why regularly failure on truck axle happen in Pakistan? If it is we're In my country only the leaf spring going to break.... Fist the truck is overloaded.. and it is much beyond the load limit of axle you ,. You can't make the truck strong only by putting plenty of leaf spring.

Simple maths... One truck taking half the load is equal to two trucks eventually taking the full load. Minus breaking down and leaving oil all over the road

I agree with you. But after watching many of these videos,I've learned that, in their country, they have different laws regarding the importation of new equipment. The people have to make do with whatever they have to work with . The trucks were never meant to carry that large of a load in the first place. Some of those repairs will not hold up for very long at all. But, they do the best that they can

Suggesting buying used axles from junkyards, or driving to another country if cheaper. Have the fixed used axles ready to go for accidents. Then fix the broken one during a none accident day.

They fit huge sets of leaf springs in order to maximise and overload the vehicle putting all the strain onto the axles that only take so much punishment. I would imagine trying to find a really good used rear axle that hasn't been bodged and repaired in Pakistan is like trying to find hens teeth. These repair guys work hard at the side of the road in very dangerous conditions with the basic minimum of tools and actually get the job done.Without these road side workers I would think Pakistan road haulage would grind to a halt.

Quality of works is very poor out of tolerances. the concentercity of axial should not exceed 0.0015" and the completed axial is more than 0.250" too much , i doubt such repairs can stand for heavy duty trucks ,maybe such repairs is only to move the truck from road ,such repairs is very costly, jacking up the truck on the road, removing axial, transportation, maching ,melding ,transportation again and assembly we are talking about a week to complete the works,i wish if someone tell the cost of the whole scope of work in American Dollars, my humble advice for Machinists why you didn't check the run out of the axial and maintain the concentercity to p.0015" before you do the Welding ,your job is unacceptable and out of tolerances it's mucky mouse job you make fun on the customers. .
