You should be wearing a seatbelt if you are on a public road. What I don't like, is being told you must have it on to use YOUR truck. I also hate it for off road use, I never wear my seatbelt when I'm off road, and why would you? Your only going between 5-20 MPH depending on the terrain and weather or not you need to blast through something, as opposed to crawl.
