Yes we are quite busy so it makes is difficult to fit such large equipment, but we make due with what we have available.

Everything to do with trucking in the States is small. They don't allow tridems, but DO allow spread axles, which don't even turn properly in tight situations without grinding down the tires and don't even afford an increase in gross weight. Other Canadian drivers laugh at me when I'm heading south with a load because the deck is full (weight-wise) with half the amount a Canada-bound truck would take. :-\

As odd as it looks, it worked. Most of the other transport trailers are in fact tri-axles.

No, I am sorry their is not a video of the filling of the truck, but we use the hydrant to fill it so their is not much to show anyway.

You said two engines on this model scraper, are they both up front, I don't see one at the rear like usual?

David Anderson the front engine was probably modified so it twice as strong and the rear engine had to be removed for the sprayer equipment to be installed

Wetting down construction zones for compacting soils. This is used in road bases to set the soil, it's also used in large building construction for the same reason.

Why make a scraper into a water tanker? Why not just use a 4x4 truck chassis or a small off highway dump truck chassis?
