Trucker John is part of the Truckers to Triathletes program. John had a set back in which he had back surgery 2 months prior to this hike. John reflects back on his progress and plans to stick with the program. Truckers to Triathletes is a successful program that Dr. Bud - America's Wellness Sergeant created.
