Garmin Dezl OTR710 Vs Garmin Dezl OTR700 Truck GPS

Have you had issues with it not finding addresses when you search? On screen size do you find that the Hwy numbers and other details are big enough to clearly see? I ask because my old eyes cannot see the small writing on my phone GPS.

I have the Otr700 and love it. Cheap, reliable and works great. I haul hazmat mid west. I’d be lost without it. I bought an otr800 and after 3 hours of updates and navigation not aligned on road I was on, I swapped it back for my Otr700. Loves did me good by letting me have my already updated Otr700 back. I love this thing so much I find it hard to drive without it on my left windshield view in any truck now. Garmin Otr700 was a life changer for me. Hope new’er models hold up to this one on the future when mine poops out. The more expensive otr800 couldn’t even hold up to it

Can’t seem to find the format for inputting GPS coordinates from Google Maps. Example 29.151333, -98.589491. I tapped on the various formats for coordinates, but none seem to be in this format. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help. On Garmin DEZL OTR 700

The 700 i had was junk lasted just over a year but now it says low memory,runs slow,lags and occasionally says cannot calculate route then stops navigating to restart and takes forever to get navigation back when you cant just stop to figure out whats taking so long for a reatart.

They will both do the job. I personally would get the 710 because I like the "Newest" version of things but if your not all about that then the 700 is really good as well.

I can’t figure out how to take out the part when I have a phone in process and it comes up on the right side of the screen. The X on there doesn’t let me remove it unless I hang up

They are both really good, cant go wrong with either one. I personally enjoy the updated graphics of the 710.

It’s all the same 710 has a camera and 700 does not software and map is the same. Screen size and rotating screen is the only difference between the 800 and 1000 compared to 700 and below. Software and maps all the same .
