Rusty Wallace was a popular NASCAR driver in the 80’s -90’s and was unhappy with how this one race ended, he felt like he was cut off and it cost him the win. Then he was told by the reporter, well you still finished with second place. He just looked at him with an unhappy look on his face and said SECOND PLACE IS THE FIRST LOSER and walked away :) I always remembered that whenever someone suggested that finishing second was ok ha

As I'm sure you are aware of, one way to bypass the "new" car depreciation is to buy from a private owner instead of the dealership. Secure the loan from your bank if needed. Have your mechanic go over the truck before the purchase.

Hi Donald, pardon me for intervening, Joshua just mentioned in this video that he is looking for a place to camp out overnight around Shakopee, himself along with his 18 wheels. Perhaps you know of a location where a tractor and trailer can legally park overnight? Both your wish and his can be fulfilled, he’s found a place to park overnight and you both can finally get to meet each other in person, maybe go to a local restaurant for dinner or maybe just meet for a cup of coffee? I hope you don’t mind me intervening but I heard his plea for a place to park overnight around Shakopee and you coincidentally just mentioned that you were hoping to meet him in person one day. I couldn’t not say something. Have a nice evening.

@@acidheadzzz I really would like to meet Trucker Josh in person at some point in time. I've followed his channel for years. What a terrific truckdriver and all around great guy! I'm not aware of any good truck stops in Shakopee.

Hate having to wakeup early prefer my 8am waking time. I'll hopefully be an owner operator on the highway next week. Working as a company drivers making $89k a year helped me save up $50k to buy my own truck. Would like a w900 but currently too expensive even used for me to want to splurge on as a first owner operator truck. Maybe it'll be the next one I buy in the future.

What kind of SUV are you looking for in the future? Make, model, gas, diesel, hybrid, electric? Same question for the truck. I live here in Copenhagen, Denmark. And here’s an ongoing debate about cars vs bicycles. Only 30 percent of inhabitants in Copenhagen have cars. And I’m one of them. I have a Toyota. So the city politicians wants to make more room for cyclists by removing parking for cars. And we already struggle to find parking after work, when we get home. And the cyclists ride their bikes as they are immortal and as they own the streets. They have absolutely no respect for others and their own life. They cross intersections when it’s red and ride their bikes on the sidewalk etc etc. they just don’t care about others in the traffic. Even dads and moms ride their bikes like crazy. And then diesel driven cars and trucks older than 2008 are not allowed into the city. Not to forget cars vs electric. People debate what’s best: electric or gasoline. And you have to understand there’s not enough places to charge your electric vehicle yet. And it takes for ever to charge your car. And after you have charged your car, you’re supposed to find another parking late at night. That’s why I still drive a gasoline car. Charging and the parking. I believe that in a city you need cars, vans, box trucks etc to deliver goods to the shops and businesses in the city. And you need to be able to come by car. Else people don’t want to come the city and spend their money
