Cruise control and LoadMatch not working on John Deere 4610 eHydro 4x4 tractor...Fixed!

Great job on the repair Joe! That’s a nice little tractor . I love your shop , it is huge and clean as can be! I love my fluid evacuators they are great ! The cruise must be handy mowing or doing any steady state work.Combined with the load sensing circuit you really can pay attention to where your going and not worry about keeping the engine and ground speed on its sweet spot .

I ad the exact same issue on my 4710. Replaced the 2 sensors and perfect repair.

I have a 2003 4610 john deer hydrostatic also, and I am not getting a flashout code, but I do have an issue.

My tractor is a 4710 with a 460 bucket and the forward pedal stop working, but the backup pedal still work. Didn't know until I watched your video that the flashing was a code?

@@truckguyjoe yes, steering wheel stuck down to lowest position. Makes it so I have to climb over it to get in or out of the seat. I have a 2008 4710 with 840 hours.

Do you happen to know anything about recalibrating the E hydro transmission? Having trouble trying to done. Following everything that that’s on the internet but there’s not a lot of information. Your videos are very helpful on these tractors.

Hello Rick, that’s a good question… I am not familiar with how to recalibrate the hydrostatic transmission… That might be something you’ll have to call the dealer about.

I have a 2003 john deer 4610 hydrostatic not getting a code. forward and backward peddles stopped working, but bucket and everything else does. Do you have any insite of what I can check?

DJ, you may have to have a dealer check it out if you're not getting any codes to help diagnose the problem.

I have a similar problem with my 4210 where the cruise control isn't working and I'm getting a code...1 long, 1 short, 1 long, 1 short when trying to activate it. Looking for help on this please, thanks!!

I recommend making a video of the flashing error code you are getting and share it with a John Deere repair facility or LandPro dealer...also make sure to give them your VIN and serial #. They should be able to confirm what sensors could possibly causing your symptoms. My guess is your forward speed sensor or flywheel sensor, much like mine!

my load match is not working, but the cruise control is OK.. i have a 4210 e hydro. Did your load match work after the 2 sensors were replaced? When i get in heavy grass mowing, it will bog down, instead of slowing the wheel speed to let the engine catch up... Help!!!

Yes, I recommend replacing both
