Do they have any idea of how much work this can be to implement for many small businesses? Massive download of a gov kneejerk reaction..... Especially for small business when this is a temporary measure. No one thinks about the reality of rolling this out. This is a whole lot easier for the big players like Walmart, Loblaws, whom have very comprehensive technology systems but much harder for smaller players.
