Doc, Thank you so much for pulling all of this together for Ren and for all the RENagades. I was able to piece together parts of what happened but nothing like this, it was Fitting and Beautiful. As a parent who has sadly lost two of my four children, I can fully understand Ren's reaction to Callum's death. The first loss almost destroyed me, the second was in an unexplainable space that was filled with emptiness, a black hole. Ren has helped fill that space with a little light I thought I would never see again.

There needs to be better help up here in north wales especially for mental health. Two souls have Jamp from Britania bridge in the past two months. For those that don’t know it’s the other bridge opposite the Menai Bridge on the straights. It’s heart breaking. Sir Doc, this was a beautiful tribute to the lives of Callum Mackay and his friend Lewis Darroch. Filling in the context for everyone who didn’t know the circumstances of their passing. Thank you for putting it together. I think this video may not just be a fitting tribute to them, and a nod of thanks to the beneficial and valuable work of the air ambulance service and the RNLI; but may perhaps make a few people think twice before swimming in the sea outside of designated swimming areas along the coastline of Britain. I know the areas in Wales mentioned very well and so I can picture the scene. It made me think very deeply about how our brief choices in the present can influence and change so much in our own lives and that of others. I think Ren’s piano composition which soars so subtly and freely, captures something of the true beauty of that area and gives his friend ‘true remembrance’ in music which brings his spirit to life for all who hear the piece. Just as the Flower of Scotland does for so many Scottish people. Happy Birthday Ren and Callum. ✨💛👏🔥🤗

😢 oh god this is so sad yet at the same time so beautiful in the impact these guys have on each others lives , still to this day. I absolutely love your breakdowns Doc. Listening to Ren play last night had me in my own world of thoughts but whilst watching your video today I'm crying all the way to the big Tesco. Thank you for the insight to all of this tragedy! I still struggle with the fact that my little brother died during quarantine and we couldn't hold a funeral. It's a main part of my lingering anger. Ren's music has helped me a ton grow out of the anger and more into the "acceptance" phase. Your insights bring light to human life which includes pain, so thank you. I'm no longer feeling so alone.
