It's taken me 67 years to heal the multiple layers of trauma in my life but that loving your inner child part has been such a powerful healing teaching. I also write about the healing journey in spiritual and emotional learning memoirs and yes I have my true love and soulmate and slowly we also healed each other

Thank you for this video. I am hurting and in a lot of pain and I have two younger daughters that I am trying to parent myself and I get so stressed and I just want to be a better person for them. These videos help re-center myself so that I can be a better mom. Hopefully one day I will be able to visit the center soon, I would love to attend in person teachings.
