Makes me wonder what happened to Boo. Nearly 85% of all parrots given as gifts or purchased from pet stores are surrendered to shelters or released into inappropriate environments within the first year of ownership. Also parrots like Boo can live for 60 years or longer. (My wife, who works at a parrot rescue, has an Amazon parrot there who’s 68-a year older than I). Before you acquire a bird, research things thoroughly. Sorry to digress from the gist of the story, but I had to show my concern for the birds.

As a person who has to take meds for my bipolar disorder, and let me explain something to those who don't take meds for a mental illness, there's is no "magic pill or pills for mental illness" and let me say this it would be a miracle if there was, but sadly to there's not, there is only therapy and coping skills that we have to rely on in order to assist with. It's up to the individual for it to help or not.

Yep, I've been on meds forever and some meds make things worse. Therapy only helped by getting it off my chest but to be honest, for me at least, nothing helps. The people who abuse their children do damage they can never repair.

I had something similar happen in the one with the house for sale on Craigslist. Only it was offering an erotic massage. Hundreds of calls later I finally started answering and messing with them. The crazy thing is I reported the ad and it was removed and the next day it would pop up again. This happened three times! I finally emailed the person putting up the ad. Girl claimed she put the wrong number. Yeah… okay…

I’ve been to treatment centers for addiction I cannot imagine any staff carrying a firearm and I’m from small farm area PA so we love guns here too!! It would be so dangerous to carry one!! If someone was that desperate they were breaking into anywhere it’s prob best to call the police and let them deal with it that way no one loses their life!! How are u going to shoot someone in that state of mind it’s also dangerous bc if they are that desperate do u think they wouldn’t tackle ur butt to take that gun away from u?!! Well you can’t rely on police. Very recently a girl called while 2 people were invading her home and the dispatcher has to tell her “find a weapon and hide there are no available units to assist you” you should always carry a gun regardless of the situation, especially when dealing with addicts. If they tackle you and can take your gun don’t you think they could choke you to death? Your whole comment is out of touch with reality. Ghosts aren’t real either. If they were we would have undeniable proof. We have lived on earth a very long time
