This year mother nature took Saturday's 2 qualifying sessions from the racers. So the 53 racers only had 2 shots to run their best passes and make the 32 car field.
Reed Chapman in his TRC Performance / Lugtronic / KLM Fab Civic the #1 qualifying spot with a 8.61 @ 174mph.

+Luther Rogers The amount of breakage between thursdays test session and friday was INSANE and it wasn't just the imports, if you walked the pits saturday night it was like a car graveyard i'd say 65% of the cars on the property where being worked on in some fashion. Everyone was trying to swing for that record pass.
