I was married almost 25 years. My wife had an affair that ended our marriage. She also told people that I beat her. In all our years I never put my hands on her. It never crossed my mind no matter how much she hurt me to kill her. When your in a marriage one person does not own the other. Now years later I have forgiven her. But I did ask her one question. Why did you tell people I beat you? She said she got bad advise from one of her sister's. Our daughter was so upset with her for lieing and cheating she would not speak to her mother for almost two years. I told my daughter that it's your only mother and that some day I want you to forgive her. They now have a good relationship.

Couples would just split. But no, we have to judge the divorced, or the childfree, or the single parents or whatever doesn’t include you married by 30 with an opposite sex partner and children.

@@RampageRalph We know he didn't want the divorce, the issue is not that. The issue is he loved himself to the point where it was all about him and his wants and needs. If he truly loved his wife he would have been concerned about her happiness and what is best for her. He would in that case have agreed to the divorce. His so called love was a selfish love i.e. the love of self and the bible says that is NOT love!

@@Anony_mous5001 I do stay single after a very horrendous torturous marriage and after the divorce seeing I was trying to save myself and our two young children , became much worse and I blame the Family courts , state troopers for never doing their jobs correctly / a state trooper was informed by Denny’s waitstaff that a man completely intoxicated having 2 small children in his care wreaking of alcohol was about to drive off with them ., he had supervised visits at the time and so his mother was in the passenger seat , I can’t even believe she allowed him to drive ; anyways the state trooper pulls him over , and performs a sobriety test on him and basically let him go ! Making him promise to let his mother drive the remainder of the night . Why wouldn’t he arrest him obviously he wreaked off alcohol and two small children in the backseat of the car !! My poor kids have been through hell and back . If only the trooper did his job I would have gotten sole custody , which my ex would not have been able to torture and threaten our kids lives later on to set me up as the bad parent . He scapegoated me using his girlfriend who did not know me to lie about me . Sickening ! I remain single and much better off as my children now teenagers are my world . So many horrendous things took place because my ex is a sociopath . I never ever knew this but literature truly allowed this to be revealed to me . One truly never knows another which is some scary ass stuff !

By continually appearing on TV begging for Katrina's return, he took the risk of not seeming believeable. He was not a very good actor and would have been smarter to instead, try and appear more enthusiastic about searching for her body. And it was never addressed, but was his motive not wanting to lose his " meal ticket" in a divorce or to get insurance money since ha was so heavily in depth. Also, he had the motive of jealousy because of her affair.!!! He actually had multiple reasons for killing her. And because he set fire to his parents house with them in it at age 17, he was a dangerous person for 17 yrs. at age 44.

My family knew Katrina’s family. When my mother went to the vigil, we specifically asked Todd if he had done anything. He said something to the extent of, how can you think that, but he never actually said no. When the police went through his house looking for evidence, Todd went absolute APESH!T when they took that bat. The worst part of the trial was the pictures of her body after they found her in the river - they didn’t even look human. Her mother was at our house that thanksgiving after her body was found and it was heartbreaking to hear her mother cry for her daughter. From my understanding, Todd is having a really hard time in prison, and I hope it stays that way.

Im sure he still has hope, that his appeal will be granted and he'll get out, but eventually all will be denied and he won't even have hope. Not to mention he's little and a twerp so I bet the other inmates are really enjoying taking advantage of him

Found out later he ran through the woods behind my house on his way back to his house after he dumped her in the river, likely over the bridge. I lived only a couple blocks away from where her car was found . Poor Katrina. Todd is just a complete psycho. Rip Katrina xo
