This should have been a 1st degree murder case. According to Hathaway's testimony, he named December 29th, the day of the murder, as the day and thereafter he and Hathoway would be living together without his wife. Shannon planned the murder and only received 13 years in prison. What a deal!

22:49 "he got coaxed - he was at his wits end and didn't know what else to do as far as juggling his wife and girlfriend" coaxed? Detective Mark Schneider explaining away a man snuffing out the human life of the mother of his children because he was "at his wits end" after not being able to keep it in his pants? most people when they are feeling at their wits end with a problem situation they go to therapy or talk to their minister. but I love how this cop is able to blame the women in this guys life - obviously the wife he wanted to get rid of was driving him nuts and the 20 year old had "coaxed" him into ending a life - he's not evil at all pppffft. wonder why we don't like cops?
@toscadonna20 күн бұрын
Cops are very high in the DV statistics, and I’m sure this police officer is like every other male-protecting males because they’d do the same thing in that situation. He’d love to trade in his older, obese wife for a 20 year old and lose no money, no status in the community, and to get the sympathy of “poor widower who’s wife drown in the bathtub.”
