I've learned from Mr Ballen podcasts: never go deep sea cave or saturatuion diving, take forest walks, work dangerous jobs, visit remote island tribes, or go into the woods with friends unless you're the murderous psycho friend of the group.

I'm sure that's the opinion they had of him beforehand. Once he committed those murders is most likely when they were suspicious, meaning he started bragging essentially. People can flip so quick and out of nowhere, especially if no one is being observant. I don't trust people and my mindset is 95% of the time, "what's this person have going on "? I'm so suspicious of people, I choose to not have friends. I only have acquaintances because I don't want to end up like the girls and women, killed by their friends.

@garethtaylor1470

Absolutely and it is so so wrong imo that Killers and even violent attackers are not hunted more extremely and punished more severely. I am referring to the ridiculousness that is the justice system and how murderers even when caught and proven guilty are given the right or opportunity to constantly appeal, to offer deals and to constantly play games and torture the victims families sometimes for decades by withholding information such as the location of a body and using that as their last bit of control to get themselves all kinds of privileges and to taunt the families and the Police officers involved and it’s got to such a sad state that family members of murder victims have committed suicide in some instances due to the lack of justice and the stress of being taunted and played with by the killer. The whole point of the justice system is to protect decent society but these days it seems the opposite is happening where the rights of the felon are upheld and put before the rights of the victims and their families. The same way that criminals and extremely dangerous people such as gangs wielding weapons can freely go around intimidating and being violent towards citizens and vulnerable people and it’s just so wrong. No system is going to be perfect that’s not what I’m suggesting but if the lines of law are not clear and held firm then people will continually breach them without much thought. Certain countries that the west see as inhumane but have almost zero violent crime are not doing anything inventive but simply staying disciplined when it comes to extremism. There is tolerant free society and then there is negligent weak and vulnerable society that is easily manipulated and exploited.

@@dallynutkat3252 it wasn’t a ‘simple comment’. What, precisely is a ‘gun culture’? There is gun crime committed by people who are illegally possessing guns-is that the ‘gun culture’ to which Katerina is referring? Gun Crime in the USA has been politicized for years in an attempt to abolish the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution. Gun crime and the 2A are two completely different things. So criminals, who possess guns illegally, means to these politicians that All Legal, Responsible gun owners should lose their right to own guns because some whack jobs, with obvious mental health issues, commit heinous acts? It’s Not about being triggered’. It’s about having freaking common sense! That would be akin to having a rise in criminals stealing motor vehicles and plowing the vehicles into parades, sidewalks full of people, etc killing innocent bystanders and our politicians deciding they deem it imperative to remove everyone’s right to hold a driver’s license and operate a motor vehicle. Neither makes sense!

As a person, recovering from heroin, my heart goes out to Shelby and her family. I’ve been through a lot of rehabs, and a lot of men talk down on women like that as if they wouldn’t sleep with their woman drug dealer, if that’s what they needed to do to get drugs. I hate heroin and what it has done to so many of my friends and people 💔

My baby brother has been a heroin addict for 18yrs now... I sometimes wonder about the things he's done to get high, but it breaks my heart and makes me sick... I have severe PTSD from giving him mouth to mouth for 13 min during one of his many many overdoses... He's currently in jail, has been for almost 2 months now, and he says he wants to go to treatment... but I've heard that so many times idk what to believe anymore... He's been to over 50 rehabs between 2 states... I just pray everyday I don't get 'that call'... Stay strong, stay clean, I can promise your loved ones are so incredibly proud of you, and in case no one has said it lately... I AM PROUD OF YOU!!!!! 💜

Did they purposely dance around the fact that the young lady was a prostitute? I would think there would be many other suspects, but not one mention. The story seems to incomplete.

Drugs are so insanely horrible and destroy so many more lives than just the addict. In the first couple minutes he says "She was using drugs and had to do things to support her habit, but had a regular boyfriend." My first thoughts were, trying not to be disrespectful but,,, that she was engaging in the oldest profession in history and it pissed him off to an extreme level. Not that I at all condone that whatsoever. But I would expect a ton of men would get extremely irate if they discovered their girlfriend was having sex with random strangers. Not only because of the cheating but because of the risk of aids, etc that he's being put in against his will and/or knowledge. Just imagine if you all of a sudden contracted aids. Then tried to convince everyone it was your gf who gave it to you. I imagine a lot of folks might not believe you, coworkers, neighbors, etc. Now not only do you have aids and might die, but some people might think you have a certain sexual preference as well. Pile that on top of having been cheated on and it's going to bring out the angriest of rage in a lot of guys. This guy was obviously evil already, but those types of circumstances could very possibly push even a normal stable man over the edge. All because of drugs. Such a sad deal all around.

All that crying is because he feels sorry for himself. He thought he might be caught. It cracks me up how local and state police fall for this. They closed the case because “he seemed to be grieving”! If an innocent man wasn’t crying, he’d be facing death. Bring in a phycologist, at least.

@@Reba-cf5fnAddiction is Not a ‘disease’, contrary to what our government has tried to Indoctrinate us to believe! One Chooses to do drugs once. One Continues to Choose to keep doing drugs. Even prescription drugs can cause a user to become an addict. It’s Not a freaking ‘disease’! It’s a freaking addiction. One can become addicted to caffeine, tobacco, drugs. It’s Not a freaking ‘disease’! Look up the definition of ‘disease’ then look up the definition of ‘addiction’. So tired of uneducated/uninformed people claiming addictions are a’disease’🙄
