There is something very incongruent in this story. Tim’s initially painted as such a great guy. Young genius entrepreneur with a wife…who leaves him in a bar drunk….who’s partner leaves him to walk away in Stockton drunk after blows. The private detective has to find this connection with the couple who have a history of domestic violence and using knives. They interviewed them in Las Vegas but the private detective can’t, I guess…but, then, the private detective and, subsequently, Tim’s father is not privy to the particulars of that interview….only “it’s not them.” It’s also not the partner. WELL someone did it. It feels like the Stockton police are not adept at detective work. 50 murders per year is just not enough practice. First off, don’t get murdered…but definitely if you do end up murdered - don’t let it happen in Stockton.

This young lady wouldn't just disappear and start a new life. That's an easy means of allowing the case to grow cold, without any more investigation. I don't care how many years he's been a detective. Every case is different. 3. That psychotherapist is the murderer. He and his premonitions of murdering his client's husband. I don't trust psychotherapists. The average one of them has serious problems, usually psychological and spiritual.

That first story is so sad. I don't understand why they can't find that couple and why there wasn't more cameras around. It's obviously them.

Punctuating every line, every video clip and every action with a thunderous boom of bass is not one bit creative. Who is the sound engineer, a deaf teenager?

You cannot walk around drunk, belligerent, starting arguments with random people late night in the city.

Timmy fought three people. The bouncer. The business partner and some random person in the streets. He was an angry drunk and he got what he was looking for.

it’s naïve to take the police at face value. They could’ve made a huge mistake, or were dnot interested in pursuing that person, or have been corrupted. A town like Stockton that has no money? Sure cops can be corrupted because their salary isn’t going up when the city is bankrupt. Stockton is a cowboy town far from San Francisco and I’m sure the cops play it fast and loose because nobody’s paying attention to them. Moreover, the murdered guy was an outsider; he was from San Diego, and I believe he just moved to Stockton recently. Stockton is a town of old families who have lived there for generations, and people know each other and you’re either on the inside or the outside. Maybe his partner was a local with a well-connected family who made this go away. We don’t know

The business partner is the suspect, he most likely stabbed him during the altercation. The motive is there you can’t just say you don’t remember anything that happened after you have been hanging out with the person. The thing is even the drunkard would always remember being drunk after each and everyday so how could a normal person not remember anything…

Drinking, bars, and staying out late are recipes for trouble. I never cared for them. I always wonder why people engage in activities that affect the stability of their thought and feelings. He was most likely stabbed by one of the people involved in that domestic violence case.

There's ALWAYS that one camera that's "ill", or that one business that's surveillance system "had the day/night off"... At least we can all still rely on Karma to have recorded EVERYTHING!

How can this channel have 5 million subs, and still not have complete info on 95% of these cases? Yall need to do your homework, and stop resting on your laurels. You just published this story to KZbin, but Michael Robertson was convicted on two counts of murder of Akias & her unborn baby last year in July.

Given the circumstances, a thorough investigation into the partner's actions and motivations is essential. There could be key evidence or witness testimonies that haven't been fully explored, which might shed light on the true nature of their confrontation. Failing to investigate this possibility leaves a significant gap in understanding the full story and potentially allows the real perpetrator to escape accountability.
