She made a little nest, I don't know how long she was out there, but it couldn't of been too long?! Retired nurse here…if you want to know if your surgeon is any good don’t ask another doctor, ask a surgical nurse. At the hospital I worked at 2 prominent surgeons were known cokeheads. When my mom told me the name of her surgeon, I said oh “hell no” and promptly got her in to see a better surgeon, not a Coke addict. The public is kept in the dark.

I think infection rates should be made public, but I don’t know any other way to get the best doc unless you know a nurse in the hospital, a good nurse can find out through the grapevine what docs to stay away from.

I worked in a psyche unit in a hospital. I found out quickly that Drs are spoiled violin children. They throw fits and won't recommend a patient to another Dr because they are mad at them. Crazy!! They don't care how beneficial the other Dr would be to the patient. There was one psychiatrist that spent a lot if time locked in his office. They found lots of downloaded and printed porn pictures. I'm telling you I learned that Drs are just humans and spoiled, narcissistic ones at that. Be wary and quit treating them like a god.

Yes. I Know of some people that had some big issues when dealing with a grown man in the military trying to lure their teenage daughter away. And since the kid sent lewd photos of herself the parents were in turn threatened because they owned the phone their daughter sent the pics from. They were going to be charged with the distribution of that sort of content.

I knew one guy who was in Afghanistan who said they would put out food and shoot the father's when they'd come get it at night and put a gun in his hands. I didn't know if it was true or not, but even if it was a lie, the fact he thought that was cool I exonerated him from my life. I later found out that while he was in Afghanistan, he never left a large base and his job was entirely logistical. A man who went there usually wants some war stories to bring back lol

Genest declined to say whether the Forces was also motivated by a desire to ensure that Williams memorabilia did not fall into the hands of people who might sell it. Various websites appear to conduct a lively commerce in items connected to famous criminals and serial killers, including Adolf Hitler, Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Harold Shipman, Charles Manson and John Wayne Gacy. "By making sure the kit was destroyed," he said, "you are ensuring that no one else will ever use it again." I live in Ottawa and we were certainly following this case. At the time I was a teenager and I went to camp on a military base one summer. That summer someone tried to do the same thing to one of the girls in my barracks… he didn’t get very far though. She fought him off and he was caught, but it was still traumatizing for all of us… especially in the years after this stuff with Williams happened.

Holy crap! That was my neuro-surgeon. She did a surgery on my spine more than 10 years ago and I’m now permanently disabled and in constant pain. Have been ever since the surgery. She lied to me about the recovery time of the surgery. She said I would only be in the hospital for two days and after two weeks I’d be able to go back to mostly normal chores around the house, including taking care of my baby. When I was in my hospital room after surgery, I learned from the nurses that I would be there 5-7 days and it would be _months_ before I could pick up a heavy baby. At two weeks post-op I was still using a walker if I needed to go more than about 10 steps. She knew I had a baby because I brought him to every appointment. The second day I had a panic attack because the reality of how unprepared we were for this hit me. Macias was in the hospital at that time and she burst in to my room screaming at me telling me that the surgery wasn’t that bad, and that if I had a history of “mental problems” I should have told her. The fact that I was dealing with postpartum anxiety disorder was on the paperwork I filled out before I saw her, how is it my fault she didn’t read my chart? Anyway, she was literally two inches from my face yelling at me and a couple nurses had to lead her out of the room. She looked like she was going to hit me. Then later, at my 6-week post-op appointment I told her that I was still in a ton of pain every day and I described the type of pain. She just kind of said “hmm, that’s odd”. My husband then stepped out to change the baby’s diaper and almost as soon as he left she turned on me and started yelling at me that I couldn’t come in to her practice and lie. She said that everyone she does this surgery on is pain-free by 6 weeks, so I must be trying to either get drugs or money from her. I wanted neither! I just wanted to be able to take care of my own child! We were living with my in-laws at the time because I couldn’t lift my own baby or get down on the floor to change his diaper. No one was happy with the arrangement. I just wanted to live a normal life. But she yelled at me for it, called me a liar, then stormed out slamming the door behind her. It wasn’t long after that that she moved to a different state to set up a practice there because her reputation was so bad here. In hindsight, I probably should have sued her, but I wasn’t mentally or emotionally in a place where I could think clearly enough to add that to my plate. I just thought I could find a different doctor and they could fix this. But the damage is permanent. I’m going to have difficulty walking and be in constant pain for the rest of my life.

This Pilot was actually a regular at escort studios in Kingston. if elizabeth smart was at my door i'd answer no matter what. she was just about my age when she was kidnapped. i remember following her story closely and i have chills all over right now just remembering the disbelief of not only how she was taken but the fact that she was recognized and found years later. such a strong young woman and so beautiful too!
