I took pics,audio, videos etc but he put spy apps on my 2 phones and got almost 4000gb from my 3 clouds. Remote spy apps can't be uninstalled and factory resets can't remove them. You have to destroy the phone. He got control of my social media accounts,email accounts,clouds,contacts,security cameras etc. And Telus sells used phones due to their bring it back Program. No new phones. So they may have spy apps or viruses or malware. Factory reset won't remove, Norton 360 paid antivirus won't detect,certo won't detect as most won't detect. Be weary, stay safe as they'll get control of your phone
